Yes, our courteous driver will deliver and set up your rented items, and ensure it is clean and in good working condition before your party starts. The same driver or possibly a different driver will come back to take it down after the party is over. We’ll take care of it from A-Z and you won’t need to lift a finger!
Our standard rental period is 6 hours for all items and 4 hours for our dunk tanks. We also offer overnight 24-hour, 48-hour and multi-day rental options. Please reach out to us to discuss.
No. We arrive early to set up, and after your rental period ends to pick up, so you have the entire rental time to play.
That depends on how many rentals we have scheduled for that day. Generally, we arrive 3 to 1 hours before the rental time begins. However, we may need to set up as early as 5 to 4 hours in advance if we have many rentals lined up for that day. In all cases, we will call the Friday before to confirm the delivery and set up time.
No, a flat or flattish surface is required for setup. Please contact us if you are in doubt.
We can set up on Grass (our favorite and best for the kids), dirt, asphalt, and concrete. However, we cannot set up inflatables on any type of rocks or spiky ground as the constant rubbing will wear through the vinyl.
Each inflatable has specific space requirements. Generally, we require two feet clearance on every side of the inflatable. Each inflatable has its dimensions listed on its respective page under unit description. Kindly, remember to factor in tree branches when measuring your space. We will decline to set up if space is not sufficient.
A standard three-prong outlet within 100 feet of the blower is all you need! Larger inflatables may require two dedicated 15-amp circuits (not just two outlets). Our website lists all dimensions and power requirements for each inflatable. For parks or venues without outlets, we offer generator rentals for an additional fee.
Yes. A blower keeps air in the jump unit the entire time. Once unplugged, the unit deflates. An outlet within 100 feet of the unit or a generator is required.
No, connecting two or more power cords is not allowed as it poses a safety hazard and/or could damage our equipment.
Credit Cards, Cash, Zelle, Checks. If paying by cash, please have an exact change as our drivers do not carry cash.
Yes, all orders require a 10% Credit Card deposit. The deposit is fully refundable if you cancel your order at least 8 days prior to your rental date. If you cancel between 7-2 days prior to your rental you will be given a rain check that never expires.
Most parks in our coverage area do NOT have electricity. If your event is taking place at a park, you must rent a generator. We rent generators at a reasonable cost.
No. As per our agreements with picnic departments in our coverage area, we are obliged to only use our own equipment, including generators which are covered by our insurance policy. Allowing customers to bring their own generators is not only risky for both YOYO JUMP and the customer, but also a violation that can cost us our “approved vendor” status with the city. We use invertor generators that are less noisy and tested to perform well for our rental purposes.
